ServiceNow

In October of 2017, I joined ServiceNow through the acquisition of the agency Telepathy. We joined ServiceNow’s Design Experience Organization in hopes of creating impact at an organizational level with design. As a product designer within the Core Design team, I was contributing to the design and scaling of components found in the upcoming design system. Utilizing knowledge from other ServiceNow products, our goal was to make UX improvements to patterns and interactions for future releases.
